Ana de Paiva has spent the last nine years working with USAID’s largest global health supply chains. She was drawn to supply chain management and its importance in the achievement of international development goals a decade ago and has never looked back. Since then, she has done everything from project managing multi-million-dollar programs to reengineering business processes to designing a supply chain incident management platform from scratch and scaling it worldwide, recovering over $3 million for the U.S. government. In her current role, she combines her knowledge of Agile and Lean Six Sigma with her previous experience designing, measuring, and improving business processes in service of maximizing value for our customers. Ms. de Paiva holds an M.A. in development economics and international development from American University and a B.A. in international relations and affairs from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in her home country of Brazil.
