Most of Mr. Bispo’s experience has been in the public sector, serving in the Mozambique Revenue Administration and the Ministry of Health in Portugal. Additionally, Mr. Bispo has experience working on functional support systems and business intelligence reporting in the public and private sectors. He holds a M.A. in business process management and technology from the University of Granada and a B.S. in information management from UniPiaget in Mozambique.
