Dale brings with him nearly 30-years of executive experience in IT, digital transformation and change management for major international companies, ranging from KFC and Campbell Soup Company, to McDonalds. He holds an M.A. in Innovation and Change Leadership from the University of York, St. John, and a certificate in Design Thinking from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, in addition to being a Certified Project Management Professional. Dale currently resides in Singapore where he enjoys spending time with his family, and is notably a world ranked Ironman competitor.
