Mr. Luis Matos is a computer and software professional with more than 10 years of experience providing technical support to a variety of clients, including internet service providers and a television sports station. In his current role as service management analyst, he provides first-line support services to users. Prior to joining Connexi, Mr. Matos served as a helpdesk technician at Logicalis Portugal, where he monitored the implementation of networks and multimedia projects and provided incident management support in ServiceNow and Microsoft 365. He holds a certificate in computer equipment management from the Technical and Professional School of Mafra and will soon complete a B.S. in multimedia engineering from the Institute of Advanced Technologies in Lisbon.
