Matthew Rando is accomplished professional with a diverse business background spanning over 10 years in supply chain, operations, and finance roles. Prior to joining Connexi, Matthew served as a supply chain consultant supporting the Global Health Supply Chain – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project, an official project of USAID. In this role, he worked to develop sourcing strategies aimed at maximizing value for recipients of critical health commodities and worked in collaboration with global stakeholders to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of global health supply chains. Matthew specializes in utilizing an analytical approach to problem solving, incorporating customer insights with data to identify the root cause(s) of an issue, and collaborating across functional lines to build and manage relationships, in order to help fulfill the unmet needs of stakeholders. Matthew holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, a bachelor’s degree from Elon University, and a Certified Supply Chain Professional designation from the Association for Supply Chain Management.
