Mr. Gutierrez has 25 years at Chemonics as a development strategist and private sector development specialist. He has managed large, complex, multidisciplinary projects, and possesses strong management, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and intercultural skills. Before launching Connexi, Mr. Gutierrez served as the senior vice president of Chemonics’ Supply Chain Solutions Division and its Procurement and Logistics Technology Center. In this role, he led efforts to foster growth, innovation, and client diversification for both health and non-health supply chain services. His supply chain portfolio included contracts with the Global Fund, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Project Last Mile, and UNICEF. Mr. Gutierrez also led efforts to develop Chemonics’ next generation supply chain management technology. He also served as an executive leading Chemonics’ Latin America and Caribbean Region Business Unit. Mr. Gutierrez holds an M.B.A from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.S. in economics from Arizona State University.
