Paula joined Connexi as the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence combining over 10 years of experience in the private sector and the knowledge in international development acquired while working, for the last 3 years, with Chemonics International as the Global Supply Chain’s Operational Excellence Manager and Quality Management Specialist for the USAID GHSC-PSM. In her role, she will support Connexi’s on achieving its vision and strategic goals working closely with all business unities and teams to train and coach staff on main concepts and tools such as Voice of the Customer, Process Design and Analysis, Lean Six Sigma and Change Management to drive their adoption throughout the company, maximizing value of services and finding cost savings based on client feedback. Ms. Leal holds a Master’s in Project Management from the Business School Sao Paulo and a Bachelor’s in International Business Administration from the Universidade Salvador, both in Brazil. She has obtained certifications in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Professional Scrum Master, Change Management Leader and Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (ASQ).
