Thiago Mota Miranda has 18 years of experience in software development, leading systems deployment projects and implementing second- and third-level service support. He also has more than five years of volunteering experience in several countries, including India, Guinea Bissau, Cape Verde, and Egypt. Mr. Miranda holds a B.S.in psychology and computer science from the Adventist University of São Paulo and a M.B.A. in project management from Senac, São Paulo, Brazil.
